Klausa Nomina

Klausa nomina dikenal juga dengan istilah Noun Clause.
Klausa nomina memiliki fungsi sebagai berikut:
Klausa nomina sebagai subjek kata kerja.
Contoh : 

• What Jonathan did shocked his parents.
• What the woman said made me confused.

Klausa nomina sebagai objek kata kerja.

Contoh:

• I don't know that she couldn't speak.
• Can you tell me if Mr. Khan is there?

Klausa nomina sebagai subjek pelengkap.

Contoh :

• The truth is that Justin was not very smart.
• The question is whether other boys will try the same thing.

Klausa nomina sebagai objek preposisi.

Contoh:

• Billy didn't listen to what Mary said.
• He wants to learn about whatever is interesting.

Klausa nomina sebagai kata sifat pelengkap.

Contoh:

• He is happy that he is learning English.
• We are all afraid that the final exam will be difficult.
